The 8-Step Process

Step 1: Simulator Feasibility & Design Brief

Your journey begins here. Tell us about your project by completing our detailed questionnaire. It’s the first step in helping you define your ideas and articulate your dream space.

Step 2: Initial Consultation & Project Scope

If your project looks like a potential fit, we'll invite you to a complimentary 15-minute Discovery Call with our founder, Steve.

This is a personal chat to explore your vision in more detail and confirm that we're the perfect partner to bring it to life.

Step 3: 3D Studio Renderings & Architectural Plans

The next step brings your vision to life. Through a Preliminary Agreement, we produce detailed 3D renderings and initial designs for your space.

This paid, pre-construction phase is where we solve the architectural challenges and create a tangible, visual blueprint for your project.

Best of all, this initial fee is fully credited towards your final construction contract when you decide to build with us.

Step 4: Site visit

Now we get technical. We visit your home to conduct a detailed on-site consultation, confirming every measurement and specification.

This work allows us to prepare your final proposal, which includes the detailed 2D and 3D construction plans, and a guaranteed fixed-price quote for the entire build.

Step 5: Fixed-Price Build Quote

Now we make it real. We will personally walk you through the final, fixed-price proposal. Upon your approval, we sign the main Home Building Contract.

This officially engages our team to deliver the full project and includes our management of the entire approvals process with the council or private certifier.

Step 6: Studio Construction, Soundproofing & Approvals

With approvals secured, it’s time to go to work. The first thing we do is set you up on our dedicated client communications portal, where you can track your job's progress in real-time and be kept in the loop every step of the way.

We then handle all structural work, custom joinery, and acoustic treatments to construct the 'perfect canvas'—the ideal architectural shell that will house your simulator. We adhere to all Australian Building Standards, ensuring your simulator room is structurally sound, weather-proof, and safe from ball bounceback

Step 7: Tech Installation & CALIBRATION

Acting as your single point of contact, we then manage the seamless installation of technology by your chosen brand specialist.

Once complete, we conduct a final, detailed handover of your fully-integrated space, ready for you to tee off.

You'll have complete peace of mind with expert construction from us, and direct, ongoing technical support from your technology provider.

Step 8: Handover and Ongoing support

Your project is now complete, but our partnership continues. We conduct a full on-site handover to ensure you are confident operating your new simulator technology—from powering up the launch monitor to loading your favorite course.

As licensed builders, we stand by the quality of our construction with a structural guarantee, while our tech partners provide ongoing software support.
