⛳ How We Build Your Golf Space

Step 1: Form Submission & Free Site Walkthrough

Submit your space details below. We'll reach out to schedule an onsite walkthrough to take precise measurements, assess structural/electrical constraints, and discuss your vision for the room.

Step 2: Preliminary Estimate

Based on our site walkthrough, we provide a tailored preliminary estimate so you know exactly where the project sits financially before committing to design fees.

Step 3: Design & 3D Drafting ($1,200)

Once you approve the preliminary estimate, we issue a $1,200 design engagement fee to produce full 2D draftsman plans, 3D renders, and exact acoustic/lighting layouts. (100% credited toward your final build contract).

Step 4: Finishes & Tech Finalization

We work through material samples, turf selections, cabinetry, and final hardware specs to dial in every detail of the space.

Step 5: Fixed-Price Contract & Master Build

You receive a locked-in fixed-price contract, detailed construction schedule, and full procurement rollout managed entirely by our licensed build team.
